The 3/5ths rule: Article one, section two of the Constitution of the United States declared that any person who was not free would be counted as three-fifths of a free individual for the purposes of determining congressional representation. The “Three-Fifths Clause” thus increased the political power of slaveholding states.
What really counts though? When Sarah Rector, an African American girl was found to live on land with oil and wealth, she was re-registered as a white person. When the establishment doesn’t want to give you power, your identity is always changed to take your rights.
It’s all bullshit.
